Its not a miracle wrap and wont make you lose weight along with a clean diet and exercise you will see a difference when using these wraps
When i use my wrap i will wrap over it with saran wrap and put my neoprene waiste belt over it and sleep in it
What i did was wrap whatever i put the wrap on with saran wrap after and it will definitely help keep it in place along with adding that extra tightness to it
I love this and will continue to use without a doubti received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review ive been wanting to try a body wrap now for quite some time
