Pros

The flavor isn’t bad at all i actually liked it. My best advice is to drink this tea when you have no obligations the following 12 hours. I usually drink this after work around 5pm and then go to the gym somewhere around 7-10pm with preworkout.

It is effective as a laxative tea but just beware the comfort level is a -938/10 when expelling. This tea is an actual detox.
