So installed the shut off valve upstream and follow the instructions not to exceed x amount i think it was 15 when draining

There was much more water trapped in the desiccant beads than a typical inline filter and the paint came out with much less orange peel than without it

The manual clearly states the filter cannot be reused or cleaned you need to get a new one when the indicator pops up
