The first is that the item currently pictured on amazon as of 101716 is a different product that i originally received so my original review may no longer be accurate

The second is that after years of using it changing jacks moving it around and traveling with it the wire has come exposed near the plugs head

Only problem for me i was looking for an extension cord with a very thin plug that would fit through the tight opening of a phone battery case and i was hoping this one would it doesnt even after removing the screwedin plug cover
