It seems i had a lot of binding issues on the x and zaxes because the z only moves in small increments

I had tried everything that i could without taking too much metal off the rails to make the carts wobble and even with the carts free dropping from one end to the other pulled only by gravity the artifacts in the prints still remained

I ended up reverted the z movement system to the original wheel design and installed the bearings on the xaxis to see if anything improved

I hesitate to describe anything as a miracle but as soon as i put the printer back together i had zero artifacting whatsoever

It is a bit of a shame to buy 100 in bearings when i already paid double that for the rails and carts but rest assured that you get what you pay for in this particular case

Just a note when you open the package it might appear that you have been short changed by 50 or 100 bearings but for me it was just a lack of perception combined with the bearings being extremely small
