As others have mentioned the headrest appears to be slimmer than the original one in our suv so for the passengers in the front seat it feels like a huge gap between your head and the headrest

You can flip it farther up towards the front but then the angle of the screen for the people in the back seat becomes more skewed

You literally have to be sitting directly in front of the monitor in order for it to work

If you have a passenger sitting in the middle seat they cannot use the wireless headphones as they will not pick up the signal
