Price
Work well and the price is right
Price was great and it cuts threw sapplings like a warm knife thru butterand it does not shake or vibrate so they are balanced as well
They work wonderfully would recommend them and the price was much better than in stores i have told neighbors about them
The price was the lowest i could find at the time
Competitiveness
Use with a 5amp electric weedwacker and a 2 cycle ryobi
The cost of resharpening them though is almost as much as a new blade

Tried using the stihl blade and it went dull before too long

Even if i jammed the blade occasionally once dislodged it kept on cutting through even 3 diameter hardwood trees at their base

The mode of failure of these would appear to be the carbide portion gets dislodged from the blade

For safety and control reasons do not use it on a unit that does not have both a harness and handle bars

Its kickback potential seems to be less than a beaver blade but the bicycle style handles on my stihls were designed to allow the user to control such kickback
