Pros

Carrier has a top zipped entry and the side has a zipped entrance. Lil’ pete loves this soft kennel and i love how it keeps in dog hair.

Very durable. Great for traveling. Otherwise, no complaints.

The mesh is larger holed. Fits well on seat of truck with a little hang over. Definitely clip nails before travel.

Took it out of the box on snapped a snap and the whole thing unfolded. Easy to pop up/down. It has been washed several times and easily reassembles.

Cons

This product has an unbelievable pungent chemical smell that did not subside at all even though it was outside for 3 days. Also, it smells of chemicals from the nylon material. Seemed good but chewed through it in 5 minutes.

Clearly this is defective. I couldn't get assemble. Customers are complaining about this too.

The locking tubes for the 15lbs 20in beige crate are way too long to connect. It is like they put the large breed locking tubes in the small breed crate.
