Use a long serrated knife to cut even layers. Refrigerate your cake to ensure easy slicing or carving.

This little gadget is so easy to use and leaves my cakes perfectly leveled. Would recommend to people wanting to take their cake skills up a notch. This combo with the cake/bread knife and those level gadgets are the best!

At $7 bucks, the price is excellent. Super fast shipping and great price. Highly recommend for the price.
