Pros

I'm okay with the purchase but i wish it could have lasted longer like the original item from the manufacturer. Works like oem part for dryer. At a sub 20$ fix for my dryer, this replacement piece is well worth the value.

Clothes dryer from maytag. Clothe. Straight from the box to installation. Happy with the purchase and would buy the company again when required.

Cons

Buyer beware. The amazon listing is misleading.

This is not equivalent to an original part. Will replace with a proper brand. Definitely not “napco 279838 made in america white box” as stated in the product description and pictured in theproduct page.

Lasted 4 months exactly and broke in 2 places. Was cheap but doesn't last. Didn't even last 2 months. Lasted about 8 months under very light use.

The coils are melted and burned. This is my 3rd coil i'm done buying from these people. It's bad enough installing a new coil but 3 times in one year is absurd.
