Cons
The thermal fuse is defective in all of these packages. The thermostat is too high, and keeps blowing the thermal fuse. The dryer's thermal switch also trips, permanently.
After about a month of use it quits working. Burned out after 5 minutes of use. Bad news is my wallet is a lot lighter!

The heating thermal cutoff tripped on our dryer and therefore dryer would not work ordered it and got it the next day and was able to repair dryer without calling a repairman
