Did a 24 hour cook and lost no water at all

I understand the concept and they seem to work in a smaller vessel the problem i have is the vessel is to large so the balls do not cover the whole top

The water level stays the same and the temp does not vary as much

Smrty also has great customer support and is very responsive to general questions havent needed them for any product related issues so cant comment on the customer service aspect
