Pros

A teaspoon with a nice olive oil makes a wonderful salad dressing. It makes a great, sweet and tangy twist that brings out the vanilla bean. This brand is far better than the giuseppe giusti brand 25 year product.

Cons

This has no depth of flavor or natural sweetness. It's watery and sour. Even terrible on spinach salad and salmon.
