Pros

Great backcountry food. Received a lot of compliments. Received timely.

The powdered eggs along with powdered buttermilk make it easy to make large batches and store in frig. Make sure all of the lumps are worked out during this time. Then add the water to your liquids.

We use it for baking, quiche whenever a recipe asks for eggs. Convenient for use in making keto bread recipes. A must for any prepper.

Cons

The end result is absolutely disgusting, completely inedible. You expect this type of item to be 10 to 25 year shelf life, but all the different judees products i received were 1 year or less shelf life. Maybe they’re better in baking.

Do not buy it. And it cannot be refunded.
