Pros

The flavor is actually really nice if you add a sweetener. It was packaged really nicely & arrived on time.

This really cleans you out, no doubt! Has helped a lot with bloating and has sped up my metabolism a lot.

Cons

Natural colon cleanse opposed to my expectation of a diuretic. The taste is ok. Has not been as a laxative for me! Stomach cramp equivalent to taking 3 laxative pills at once.
