S. Craftsmanship at its best. Great value. Very well packaged.

The drill hog bits are the go to for drilling metal. Ar400 or ar500 steel is a mild steel that the higher the number the more scratch or dent resistant it is.

M42 cobalt drill bits are beyond amazing for extracting broken screws and bolts. Drilled a 1/2” hole through steel bumper to install a tow hook for my track car. I even own a set of these that are left-twist.

Cons

The warranty will not be honored. The sticker on the pictured set is not present in the set you actually receive.

Registered and mailed the bit off, and no replacement or response. No email. No phone.

They're more brittle than conventional hss bits. This type of fracture is caused by fatigue after many hours of use. Makes me wonder if these bits are just re-sharpened, used bits. Drilling through mild steel these bit are slower than a titanium coate... Read More
