Insulation on this tumbler is very good. It retains heat very well. With the lid on it will keep my coffee hot for hours. Keeps drinks hot/ cold.

Cons
You have to keep the mouthpiece open to let the steam out. Turn the cup upside down and wait 6 seconds for a mouthful. Tumblr leaks just by simply walking with the cup in hand.
Terrible cheap contruction on the lid. To clean it properly, you need to pry the sliding part of the lid off. Which is even worse, since the coffee gets colder even faster.
