Pros
It's super helpful and definitely eases some of the strain if you find yourself overstretched. This one is sturdy, seems stable and secure when in use, and is noticeably effective.
This ab roller is straightforward to assemble, as one won't need a user manual. The handles and the bar are keyed so you can't insert it the wrong way.
The wheel glides effortlessly on my kitchen/gym floor. My husband is using it just fine - showoff!

I did see something in the box that could have been that but i thought it was just packaging and threw it away

Im a sports fanatic with preworkouts amino acids and protein shakes and this tool is a good compliment to my home workout routine until i can afford david lloyds gym again which right now is out of my price range ok its their loss i have a hot body i used to bring in the customers lol

Fun fact there seems to be a resistance mechanic inside this abs roller which when you go too far it stops rolling and retracts automatically so it kinda helps a little with lifting you up not a lot just a tiny amount

If your core muscles arent that good this may help a bit
