Pros

The spiky ball is a definite keeper. The velcro straps can easily be adjusted to fit your desired support. And the product is soft & comfortable.

Cons

The band to pull the front part of your foot up barely pulls it up. The velcro on this product was completely shot. The strap that runs from the top of the foot to the shin is far too short.

What a piece of junk. I currently have a whole foot insert one that is just very clunky.
