The card inside gave a support email address that did not appear to work but i was able to contact customer service through amazon and they sent out a new unit which resolved the issue

Gov to see what signals are near you and make sure you point that antenna in that direction

This was unexpected after i tried first the antenna in toronto thornhill where i did not get any channels postal code l3t 5w9

I suspect that the issue may be the tv set a 20092010 model of samsung or just a very bad location
