Pros

A bit on the bulky side, but that is expected due to the retractable design. The retractable pods makes it almost indestructible. I also like the button to retract the headphone cords.

I'm sure battery usage will decrease as they are used more. I am very pleased of how long the battery life is.

The base is really nice and the sound is crisp and clean stereo. Sound quality is very good. And mic clarity is phenomenal!

Needed another set for the guest room tv. Actually managed to pair them with the tv. He even sold me on them lol.

Cons

They are worthless and lose connection inside the same room. Product is seriously flawed and a waste of good money. Currently looking for a different headset and returning this one.

There's no need for the mechanism to sound like a boat trailer ratchet or old wind up toy. Tapping the volume rockers skips tracks. Its very bulky and uncomfortable.

Here’s the problem i also have an iphone 12 and it won’t pair with the newer iphone

Sound quality is good and it’s got a good design and a case and charged up right away ready to go in an hour or so
