Pros & Cons

Pros

The grinder is very sturdy and well made. It's definitely stainless steel, which is some tough stuff. Immensely satisfied with this product.

The grind takes a few minutes and some elbow grease, but the results are quite nice. Grind is very consistent. It takes a while to grind the beans for 1 cup, but it is about the time required to boil the water.

I am very satisfied and feel it was a well spent $30 approx(cnd) it just takes a bit of experimenting to fine your preference.

It is quite compact. It is nice and portable. My only little gripe about it is that the handle doesn't store very well for traveling.

Grind is right consistency, cleans up easy and stores away cleverly. Takes two rounds of grinding to fill the filter but it is a 12 demi cup maker. Came out almost like a powder for espresso.

Cons

The grinded coffee is not even at all. The burr that does the grinding is actually a hard plastic instead of metal or ceramic. Grinder is very small and grinding takes forever.

The top doesnt lock on would be nice if it could secure so you could leave product in ready to grind at any time

Even ground coffee that can grind even tiny grind size

Price

The price is not bad and the looks of it is really cool

Great value works well bought for use with french press when power is out

It actually made wonder why i spent close to 5000 on my home grinder and espresso machine

It was pretty inexpensive grinds fairly consistent

Packaging/appearance

Came out almost like a powder for espresso

The one small issue is the bag should be slightly larger to make packing into it easier

Competitiveness

I liked that the dialin grind size did not move when set and grinding began which is what happened to other grinders in this price point

I have not tried the other grind mode but the highest grind mode still result to some bits still big

You can take it off and slip it into the little sheath on the bottom of the canister but because of the s bend and the size of the knob it just doesnt fit very well no matter which way you put it

A very small gripe but i think this could be made an even better product with a small redesign on the handle storage
