The little plastic supports were tightly wrapped in some sort of foil more like cling film and were uncomfortable to peel

The dividers are not as fragile as they look and need a firm push for them to click into place

But make sure you get quality connecting leads we had a failure and was a bit of a faff establishing it was the lead and not the unit
