Easy to insert and remove the ipad i assume the people who had trouble have figured it out by now you just tilt the screen slightly towards you and press the release button located below the center of the ipad bottom and the bottom of the ipad just drops out of the frame as an added bonus the keyboard is actually ever so slightly wider than the one on my macbook so its even easy for me to type on and i have hands like baseball mitts
