Also i taped the rubber sleeves on with black electrical tape so they wouldnt slip off

You will also have to pay attention to the rope being inside the pulley track

The only design failure is that the rope can get caught between the pulley and the sidewall of the frame which can lock up the whole system requiring a ladder

The hardest part and has nothing to do with the hardware is getting the measurements and figuring out where to put the hardware
