Pros

This ball is a life saver. It is a great reminder of what good customer service looks like! This is exactly as describe and what i needed.

The material used is slightly thinner and lighter than that of a ball you’d find in a gym. The outer material is fairly thick and it's about as shiny as the picture would suggest, if that matters to you. Its like sitting on a bouncy ball.

The ball is a great size and good for plus size mommies. Some other manufacturers state a 6’ 2” person needs a 65cm ball.

The ball has held up perfectly as a daily chair for the past 5 years! They are still in great shape. It feels very sturdy.

No issues, no leaks whatsoever. Comes with a hand/foot pump with both inflation/deflation capabilities.

Cons

The directions specifically say that if the balloon pops it will slowly deflate. The air pump is flimsy at best.

What a scam. Not a quality product. Very disappointing. Please be advised. Company should be sued when people are injured after relying on their false claims.
