Pros
These are my go to bags when they are in stock. Freezing garden produce and for sous vide. They shrink well and hold their seal.
Short ribs are thick enough that a bone will not puncture through. Perfect for packaging elk meat or anything that will be frozen for a long time. Perfect size for storing food for two people.
Ease of use is simple. Works great with my new machine. Just excellent.
Cons
Bags are ok but no grooves or anything so will not let air completely out of bag. It's not worth the hassle, spend the extra money and purchase the weston bags.

One thing about bags is that if you get them too small and you put something wet it will smear at the top where you seal so it becomes tricky to try and dry that part off
