Pros

The mic does a great job with noise cancelling. The headphones have comfortable padding and their is a volume control knob on the cord. The ear cushions are comfortable, especially for long wearing.

The sound quality is way better than my old jabra headset. The inline volume controls are very handy as well.

The noise cancellations feature is excellent. Our call system is through our computer system, so we don't have a built in mute button. This function helps me in times of need, like dog barking.

Cons

These are fine in a pinch but extended use usually hurts my ears. The headset is very small and barely reaches around my average-sized head. The earmuffs are also way too small and don't fit comfortably.

I had no problems with this product

Good sound quality but too tight on head

Great sound quality comfortable on the ears and everyone says the mic sound quality is great considering it was not a super high end set

Price

But if you want a usb connection this headset is great and at a good price too
