Pros
They have a nylon roller (not bearing), which is not quite the cheapest option but pretty close. The nylon wheels roll smoothly and effortlessly.
Easy to install, clear instructions. The wide mouth on the base unit runners makes putting a drawer in ever so easy.
These are an inexpensive and easy way to create a drawer. I like these because they're simple and a bit old-fashioned. I'm using this for because my kids use the cubbies for everything and sometimes a nice drawing looks much nicer than a canvas.
No major improvements and no defects. They're a really good bargain for the price. Saved me a lot of work.
Includes screws, these are cheaper than you'll find at your local lowes or home depot. They come with the mounting screws and instructions. Unscrew the old ones, screw the new ones in.

You probably have furniture with virtually identical rails and these allow you to replace them when someone manhandles an inappropriately seated or overfull drawer or your toddler stands on a full extended drawer

Point is if your depth and loadbearing needs align and youre a diy sort of guy or gal you can repair rather than replace with the appropriate parts
