Pros
Great value for money we had issues with pidgeons since putting these in the garden. They may end up cosying up to the resident peacock. They are perfectly presentable garden ornaments.
Plastic wind deflector that slots in the back of the head. Heads swivel in wind.
Cons
Advertised as realistic owl decoy bird/pigeon/crow scarer. They are supposed to scare off pigeons however, pidgeons go and sit right next to them not flinching. Not attractive enough to leave out as garden ornaments.
Very poor item. A useless purchase. Totally useless. It's a shame as they are good value apart from the fact they don't work!

In fact the pigeons have even gone from the rooftop opposite my flat

I had to position them so the body was backwards though otherwise the heads would always face opposite direction

Put this up and within one day the pigeons landed right next to it

Not sure how effective they actually are at keeping pigeons away is difficult to tell after fixing spikes to the fence where they normally land and seem to totally ignore the spikes
