The only reason i gave these poles 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the compass feature in the handles
I purchased these poles in january and recently used them to hike black balsam knob and tennent mountain off of the blue ridge parkway in north carolina
It made my hike much more comfortable when having to navigate downhill parts of the trail
