If you want a decent toaster at a decent price i think this is a good choice. All the functions work as advertised and i’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend so far.
The racks work well for croissants. It warms bread,rolls very well! And also functions really well - i love the top rack forcroissants or warming up a pastry or muffin.
Bagel setting only toasts one side, which is actually nice, and defrost is very usable too. The dial actually works and isn't just for show so you can calibrate how dark the toast is.
Cons
It toasts only one side of the toast. Impossible to toast waffles, burned or raw, nothing in between. The crumb trays are very hard to slide out.

If you put toast in it you could not get it to stay down very disappointing because i did love the bagel portion of it because it actually only toasted one side of the bread as many toasters toast both side even though they call it a bagel toasterupdate 22522

The slots are mostly wide enough to allow a poorly sliced bagel to be toasted but if they really mangled the poor bagel at the shop it might not fit easily but then thats really a problem with the shop rather than the toaster
