Pros

It toasts evenly across the face but tends to be hotter across the top edge. Toast fast and even. Darker than cream.

Also, this toaster is lightweight and has convenient cord management that keeps the cord in place. Extra lift feature for retrieving smaller pieces of bread is helpful.

Cons

To get barely toasted bread it takes a good 4+ minutes! One side no longer stays down to start toasting after only 1 week of use. The crumb trays are very hard to slide out. It is a very lightweight and cheap sounding when ejecting toast.

This is one of the best toasters we have had over the years

Has held up for a couple years now and still toasts evenly and the timer works constantly

Have had this toaster for 5 months and it gets used infrequently 23 times a week at most
