Pros

Work slowly and with patience. Easy to install.

The only part that ever breaks is a tiny little pushbutton switch. Wires connect to switch with push in connectors.

Cons

Switch has a retention clip that cannot hold stranded wire. Won't hold wire without solder. Housing is not wide enough for a standard american 120 lamp cable. Just skip and get the extension cord type.
