Packaging/appearance
I got mine as a cheaper amazon warehouse deal so the packaging was a little messy to clean up but thats always one of the risks
My only complaint would be in packaging as styrofoam was used and it was sort of messy trying to get it off of the bookends

I had to color in with a marker the edges as the felt was white underneath

Alternatively if i knew that usps would be used as a carrier when i buy i would provide a po box in address instead
