My insoles can’t be removed but that didn’t matter as i can’t notice them in my shoes and they don’t move around at all

My daughter purchased these… honestly one of the most pointless things in my view being in my 30’s when my daughter explained she required these so her air force trainers did not crease i couldn’t believe what i was hearing until these arrived she was walking like she didn’t have knees however they seem to do the job as she hasn’t complained and she walks like her knees have now been oiled
