I have small ear canals and have trouble getting normal earplugs to compress enough to get all the way in my ear and actually cancel out any noise

I dont find these to be uncomfortable at all and they stay in my ear the whole night two things i need from my earplugs

The only thing that i have noticed is sometimes at night the device comes out of my nose
