Helps with nausea i am very pleased with this product my dad used them to help him with nausea caused by chemotherapy and it helped him a lot
It tastes great it has a little bit of spice to it but not the super bitter taste i was fearing like some ginger products and has noticeably helped when im feeling nauseous or dizzy
