Pros & Cons
Pros
No more blinding lights for the 2am potty run. This light switch cover with an illuminating nightlight that comes on with an electric eye really works well. Her hallway & bathroom are pitch black at night, so it’s hard to find the light switch.
Highly recommend. They do the job well enough for me as there is only 1 position that the power isn't being delivered to the switch plates. It did meet my expectations.
The new faceplate has two clips that align where the electrical wires typically attach to a wall socket or wall switch. Snap on and screw on new plate 4. Easy to install. No more plugged in night lights.

I didn’t bother killing the power because…i couldn’t be bothered

Pricey and the pack deals are weirdly priced

But they install easily as long as the surround area is flat and they provide enough light to see in the dark yet not so much as to be blinding

There’s no outlets in the hallway and the outlet in the bathroom is out so she is not able to plug in nightlights to illuminate
