Pros
Buying meat in bulk during covid for our freezer was a must. Seals quick and tight. It's easy to vac seal bundles of meat products and freeze for future use.
Work great at a much lower price than the sealer name brands. Small thing but something to be aware of. They are perfect.
Cons
The anova bags are textured on both sides, but somehow only on the interior. You cannot see the seal afterwards, somehow the texture remains there. No matter what i try, they leak. Material is very thin and gets wrinkled when inserting it in the seale... Read More
Big bummer. It fails terribly. Makes no sense, but this would be a minor complaint if it wasn't for the other issues.

They are perfect thickness and feel sturdy in freezer
No leaks they seal well go from freezer to sous vide with no issues
I buy in bulk so i break down my food easily and keeps away freezer burn
Even the sharp bones in the chops didnt punch holes

I am constantly using my vacuum sealer before freezing or cooking sous vide and the name brand bags are ridiculously expensive

Our first order through amazon tracking said it was shipped but not ever located
We had to reorder a second time and did receive that order
Arrived in a very timely manner were exactly as i had ordered but i got 4 rolls 2 more than i thought i ordered but i will use them

The vacuum packing with these rolls went without a single hitch

When vacuum sealing keep the smooth side down and pull the bottom edges tight to get a better vacuum

They will not fit inside most vacuum sealers

The roll is too fat to fit inside my sealer but thats not a problem the way i use them
