Placing it on the door frame on the inside of the stop hides it but allows the motion detector to react promptly upon the door opening

They come with 3m tape on the back and one fell off the ceiling in my closet

I wish the sensor was a tad more sensitive sometimes i have to wave my hand or tap the light to get it to turn on

I placed these on the inside of the top door frame and the motion sensor makes them come on when i open the door

The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is that occasionally one or the other doesnt come on and i have to tap the unit to get the connection to happen
