I asked him to switch out the garage motor from genie to liftmaster anyway because i didnt want to risk it happening again

I contacted them to come out and fix our garage door but rather than scheduling an appointment and charging us they told us to check the sensors

Sure enough it was a sensor issue we were able to fix on our own rather than getting charged for a visit
