They dont sell the adapter separate so it would start getting pretty expensive to get enough so you could use multiple tools at the same time without swapping the battery between tools all the time
Dewalt sells an adapter to use 20 volt lithium battery on the 18volt tools but the set adapter 20v battery and charger are 150 bucks
Works great good replacements for oem battery works as well as original 18xrp dewalt batteries
