Pros

Needed a replacement and $30 for one through direct tv was too much. This time the set up is easier. Recieved next day thru prime.

Sometimes it's the little things in life that seem to enrich lives. Makes for a great dog chew toy. Works like a charm.

Cons

Since the setup protocol for this remote requires that the (nonexistent) switch be set in tv mode, it is impossible to complete the setup. The one that worked is a godsend.

The product arrived as scheduled and works well

One thing i will impart the small battery cover piece on the back is not interchangeable with the remote i got from directv

By the way the old remotes worked with the chewed off missing parts but the teeth marks were annoying

Price

Great product at a really good price

And the price was great they want like 40 something last time i checked with direct

Only hard part was getting it out of the great packaging

Thank goodness there were two in the package
