Heaped tsp ground to the consistency of instant coffee is perfect. I saw on a youtube video from a herbalist that this is a great alternative. It’s rich, with a roasted and slightly bitter kick with pleasing fruity chocolate notes.

I find if i grind into an espresso like powder then steep it in the french press for 68 minutes i’ll get a perfect cup
