Pros

Never used kt tape so was skeptical. This is the tape my physical therapist recommended i wear to support my diastasis recti on my abdomen during exercise and between repair sessions.

Stays on in shower, through workouts and in shoes. Unlike other brand i got in amazon, this can lasts 4-5 days without peeling off. Can be worn up to 3 days with showering.

I use it for a bad ankle that previously had a dislocated tendon. Stays on for days (taping achilles tendon) it helps me stretch my knee and since it’s water resistant i can put ice on it afterwards and it never unsticks. Definitely going to keep a fe... Read More
