Kinesio gold simply wipes all the pain away. Now i use this and get a rooster comb shot in my knee. It helps relieve pain in my back.
It stays on even when i swim every day. We can shower with it on & either pat it dry after or blow dry it gently, and it stays for about a week before it really falls off.
Cons

Cons no major ones i can think ofyes it seems expensive but dont go for the cheaper stuff because youll end up throwing your money out when the tape falls off less than 10 minutes after putting it on
