I know this sounds crazy but after spending lots of time in europe and then living with a real bidet for many years stateside once you have one you never want to be without one i installed the unit myself i only had to consult youtube once because i had accidently turned the mechanism too far and moved something in the toilet tank but it was a simple fix and as a 57 year old woman i am not that handy
