These earhooks can be broken when bent and can be damaged in shipping if not packaged in a sturdier package

Ive had the same jabra bluetooth earpiece since the motorola razors came out so am glad to find the ear hooks when they break

This particular earpiece is not made anymore and to find replacement ear hooks is very hard
