Pros
These are a middle level dose @ 3mg. No fault of the product. I am not judging this product by its taste. They are easy to chew and tastes great.
We both agree that our sleep is deeper and we feel well rested. My shower and tea/coffee just snaps me out of it. No more snoozing for 30 minutes.
Cons
These are trash and i feel nothing. Thinking about returning these.

If i feel i want an extra boost to sleep deeper i go with the 10 mg version
Tastes good and good quality u just need to take them hours before bed
I only need to eat one gummy to feel the effects but because of other medication i use my sleep quality is still not great
Without this product i can fall asleep okay but after an hourortwo i snap wide awake and cannot get back to sleep
Competitiveness
Ive been taking these for years and only now saw they were 5mg per gummy but they work exactly how i need them to with just the 1
We have used several other brands and have settled with vitafusion
Very hard to chew compared to 5mg with same sleep qualities

This will mess you up because you are telling your body to stay awake until 4am and the melatonin resets your clock
